Niall Harding obtained his J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law. He obtained his B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from Syracuse University, where he was named into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and an American Collegiate Hockey Association Academic All-American.
Niall is admitted to practice in New York State and the United States District Court, Northern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. Niall has published in the area of health law in the Syracuse Law Review.
Niall resides in Syracuse.
